Is it true that coffee mixed with milk can inhibit the milk properties, especially those derived from calcium?

Mixing coffee with milk does not materially change the nutrients contained in milk. However, people have different preferences. Some like to drink coffee without milk, while others prefer the rich, creamy taste of a cappuccino. Still others like drip coffee black, and still others prefer to pour a glassful of milk into it. Caffeine Caffeine mixed with milk has been found to inhibit the antioxidant properties of milk and could therefore have a negative effect on health. This effect was seen in two different studies that compared the effect of milk and coffee on antioxidant activity.
